Richard Tran, Manager of Information Technology

Richard has over 12 years of experience in telecommunications and more than 10 years in networking technologies. These experiences consist of Information Technology services to both non-profit and corporate sector organizations.

Prior to joining Calvert Foundation in 2011, Richard served as a Network and Telecommunication Administrator at Calvert Investments, where he managed multiple projects from development to implementation. Formerly, Richard worked with Siemens Enterprise Networks, where he worked closely with the technology team to diagnose, analyze, and resolve phone and network system challenges. With prior experience in technology and with a focus on strategic solution analysis, Richard brings significant experience and planning to Calvert Foundation. In addition, he has great people skills!

Richard holds a Master of Science in Communication Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Networks. He also a Microsoft Certified Engineer. Richard resides in Woodridge, Virginia with his wife and three children.
