Reporting Requirements

Quarterly Monitoring and Annual Reviews

Quarterly and annual financial reports are required throughout the term of your loan. Copies of the annual audit, as well as additional information as requested, are required to review and conduct an in-depth annual due diligence review for each loan, for the term of the loan.
