Tim Freundlich

Director of Strategic Initiatives

Tim Freundlich has led strategic development for Calvert Foundation's many product offerings, and has co-authored a number of cutting-edge white papers, most recently for Oxford University Press. He has been invited to present his theories of advancing the social capital marketplace to the Aspen Institute. A skilled leader and presenter, Tim has particular interest and expertise in the emerging Social Enterprise sector.

Lisa Hall

Director of Lending and Advisory Services

Lisa Hall came to Calvert Foundation with a diverse background and set of experiences. She worked as part of the Clinton administration as a Senior Policy Advisor covering community development issues at the National Economic Council. Lisa previously served as Chief Credit Officer for the American Communities Fund in the Housing and Community Development Division of Fannie Mae Corporation. She earned her MBA from Harvard.

Elizabeth Glenshaw

Director of Community Investment & Industry Development

Elizabeth Glenshaw works to increase accessibility for investing in the community investment marketplace and expand public understanding of community investment. She currently sits on the boards of Co-op America and the Vermont Community Loan Fund. Elizabeth is a Director of Chittenden Bank and sits on the Advisory Board of their Socially Responsible Banking Fund.

eliza erikson

Eliza Erikson

Senior Investment Officer

Eliza Erikson is specifically responsible for the management and growth of Calvert Foundation's international microfinance portfolio. She has also worked with the Corporation for Enterprise Development and the US Agency for International Development, providing management consulting and investment services to development finance institutions in the US, Latin America, South Asia and North Africa. Eliza earned a Masters in Public Policy (M.P.P.) with concentrations in finance and program evaluation from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
