Eliza Pepper

Eliza Pepper is an experienced banking executive who has spent over 35 years developing investment programs and managing portfolios for ultra-high net worth and institutional clients.

Eliza started her career at Chase Manhattan Bank, where she developed analytical systems for pension funds, endowments, and foundations. While at Chase, she also developed the investment advisory capabilities for the Private Bank. After Chase, Eliza held investment roles in several financial institutions including Citigroup, UBS, and Itaú USA.

Eliza founded Gaia Advisors to focus on sustainable investments before joining XP Inc as partner and CIO. Most recently, Eliza returned to UBS where she led the Latin America’s advisory and wealth planning teams, making sustainability the preferred investment lens.

Eliza received a Masters in Public Administration from New York University; a Business Administration degree from Fundação Getulio Vargas (Brazil); and a Piano and Music Theory degree from Pio XII Conservatory (Brazil).
