Every dollar invested in the Note goes to a professionally managed portfolio of high impact organizations creating jobs, building affordable housing, promoting education, protecting the environment, and creating numerous other social impacts

Our team uses industry-leading due diligence to carefully screen each organization we lend to, and every dollar we raise goes to invest in those organizations, not in our operations. In fact, we have a 100% repayment rate to our investors in the Community Investment Note.*

Additional options for Accredited Investors

Accredited investors can play an even more catalytic role in the impact we are able to achieve, allowing Calvert Foundation to both engage more individual investors and deploy more capital in communities. Foundations, bank Community Reinvestment Act departments, and other accredited investors are invited to call Calvert Foundation at 800.248.0337 to speak with someone about these opportunities.

Additionally, our wholly-owned subsidiary Community Investment Partners, helps institutional clients build and manage customized portfolios of impact investments. Contact us for further information.
